The 5 Ds of stepping in

The five ways to step in

Direct. Say plainly that it has to stop.
Distract. Interrupt what is happening, for example by knocking on the door.
Delegate. Bring in someone who can stop it, such as the police, campus security or the person's friends.
Delay. If you could not act at the time, check on the person afterwards and offer help.
Document. Keep a record, such as the chat. Never keep or share a video of an assault. Tell the police it exists.

You do not need to do all five. One is enough.

If you are ever in this chat

Call 911 or campus police straight away if someone may be being assaulted. You do not need to be sure. Too drunk to stand means too drunk to consent.
Do not watch, save or forward the video. Sharing it harms her again and can be a crime. Tell the police it exists and who sent it. They can get it.
Leave the chat after you report, and do not delete it. Staying in and saying nothing tells the group it is fine. The chat is evidence.
Tell her friends and check on her. Offer to go with her to hospital or the police, and let her decide.
